Anna Zakrzewska

Anna was born on December 24, 1925, in Toruń, Poland to Jan and Stefania Zakrzewską. She served in the underground army as a courier and medical orderly. Her code name was Hanka Biała (White Hannah). Anna was killed on August 11, 1944, at the age of 18 during the Warsaw Uprising.
